This is the blog of Thompson Rivers University’s Centre for Excellence in Learning and Teaching (CELT). We acknowledge and give honour to the Secwépemc—the ancestral peoples who have lived here for thousands of years—upon whose traditional and unceded land Thompson Rivers University is located; we also acknowledge that teaching and learning have been happening on these lands for millennia.
As our blog is focused on teaching and learning, we welcome contributions of approximately 500-1000 words that offer tangible advice or concrete tips to faculty, particularly those that foster an equitable learning environment. We prefer posts that are composed as a first-person narrative, and we’d be grateful if you could supply your own image (or provide a creative commons image with attribution).
If you would like to contribute or have a suggestion for a topic, please e-mail us at CELT@tru.ca.
